Login to send a Picture of your Wound

Patients at home log in using their phone number to send a picture using the Web-Upload. The nurse has already entered you into the database, and this is just to send in photos and comments. If the nurse visits you from time to time, you can still send in photos between visits

Here are the ways that you can send a photo:
• email attachments,
• texting a picture,
• Web-Upload (you need to loging here for this) or
• Android smartphone app

For the Web-Upload We use your phone number as the 'Patient Id' because many people use their cell phone camera to send in photos, and it's the number the Wound Care Nurse will use to call you back! The phone number is scrambled (hashed) in such a way that it is not possible to unscrable it. Your personal details are stored only on the computer in the Nurse's clinic.
