The visiting nurse logs in using her clinic, username and password. This allows her to send pictures to the wound care nurse looking after that clinic. The point here is that sometimes the patients are in a residence without individual phone numbers (single patients at home have phone numbers), and it's nicer to identify people by their initials, rather than a number.

The nurse can choose her picture, maybe from the digital camera memory, and send it in, with a few words of typing or a short voice message.
The wound will be seen the next time the Wound Care Nurse uses theWound Image Program
