The Wound Follow Up Nurse app in the Android market is for visiting nurses to send in pictures of their patients wounds to the clinic Wound care nurse. The difference here is that the nurse version (apart from costing $25) allows the nurse to pick which patient the photo belongs to. The single patient app assumes that it is of the owner of the phone.
You can download the free version to practice with, they are very similar. Register your phone number as a patient in Wound Image Program. The free (patient) Android app will send the pictures to that patient in your clinic.
