How to use the Android: Wound Follow Up app

The Wound Follow Up app in the Android Market greatly simplifies the process of sending in a picture to a Wound Care Nurse. It knows where to sent it and the android cameras are usually quite good.
This app is free, but of course you have to register with a clinic so that the pictures get to the wound care nurse.
